Warranty Work

If your motorhome or caravan was purchased from Highand Campervans please contact our aftersales team on 01667 493976 or email shop@highlandcampervans.com and we will be happy to help.

If you have purchased your leisure vehicle from another dealer and you require repairs under warranty, you will need to return to your supplying dealer.

Due to the demand on our workshop, we are unable to carry out warranty repairs on non-Highland Campervans vehicles. 

If you do not wish to travel back to your supplying dealer, the alternative is to book into our workshop as a customer, have repairs carried out by us and then reclaim the cost yourself from your dealer. Please be aware that not all dealers support this and you should speak to your dealer for authorisation before choosing this option. 

For appliances fitted to motorhomes or caravans that have extended warranties, we will advise you at the time whether we can assist in a warranty claim or not. 

Repairs

Our workshop can undertake a wide variety of repairs, as follows;

• Oversealing and / or resealing areas where there are signs of water ingress
• Sourcing and fitting replacement body parts, such as bumpers, door seals, door handles and hinges etc
• Replacing motorhome / caravan windows
• Repairs to appliances

From a broken bumper - to a shiny new bumper.  We can work with your insurance company to get your vehicle back on the road as swiftly and as safely as possible.
